EFFECTIVE TEACHING

If you value good teaching and want to achieve best learning results for your students first we have to understand the abilities of students and their level of learning. According to me to understand the level of learning we must use Blooms Lesson Plan to set our daily lesson plan. Teacher should be friendly with students but make a limit which both teacher as well as student should not cross. There is one foundational concept one must understand in order to create successful lesson plan.
Learning Objectives and Variant Learning Outcomes:
On the other hand as we know that teaching and learning is a tripolar process - Teacher, Student and environment. Am always try to implement these thoughts in my teaching process.
