TEACHING EXPERIENCETeaching is a noble Experience. As we all know that all the students are not equal in class, so to give equal attention to all the students is an art especially the average students. After working fifteen years in education including ten years in this institution, I have experienced many students who were silent, average and I tried to be friendly with them and asked them the reason of being so quiet in the classroom. After several attempts I came to know that they were orphans, some were economically backward. In order to uplift them I tried my best and luckily I got succeed in many cases and student started responding.
